I like information to come form differing sources
I don’t have time
I have used it sometimes in order to "study" because they cover the similar topics as we do in lectures. Especially during exam periods I like this method because you do not need to think a lot and just go for a walk before you sit down to actually study
They started as nobody and now have so much Knowledge to teach us „younger“ generation
interesting guest speakers and a variety of topics covered

I first got introduced to investing trough the book „Girls That Invest“ which explained the basics in an easy way. I found the authors podcast through it, which is mainly focusing on how women can grow their own portfolio and what to consider outside of investing.
They talk with real entrepeneurs who tell heir story
They do book summaries in 15 minute audiobooks about many topics, including business and finance

This depends on their interests. The podcasts I am listening to focus strongly on stocks and financial markets. If the person however is more interested in crypto, than other podcasts might suit them better
