Today, we celebrate one of our most valued team members — José Hernández, who’s been part of the Águila Logistics family for over a decade. From his first day behind the wheel to now leading some of our most important routes, José embodies the heart and precision that define who we are.
“I still remember my first long haul,” José laughs. “I was nervous, but everyone helped me out — they treated me like family from day one. That support made me want to give my best every single day.” Over the years, he’s covered thousands of kilometers, trained new drivers, and become a trusted face for our clients across Mexico.
When asked what keeps him motivated, José smiles: “It’s the team. We trust each other, and that makes the miles easier. I’m proud to see how much we’ve grown — and to be part of that journey.”
To honor his ten years of dedication, our team gathered at our Manzanillo yard for a small celebration — good food, laughter, and stories from the road. For us, it was more than a party — it was a reminder that every kilometer we drive is powered by people like José, who bring passion, teamwork, and heart to everything we do.
