1. Introduction
Welcome to Pottery World!
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the website.
Pottery World is an online marketplace that allows ceramic artists to present and sell their handmade products directly to customers. We provide the platform and manage listings, but the artworks are created, owned, and shipped by the artists themselves.

2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
You may not:
Upload or post any unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
Use the site in any way that could damage or impair its functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe a user is violating these terms.

3. Artist Accounts
Artists who wish to sell their ceramics through Pottery World may create a seller profile.
To maintain transparency and quality, each artist pays a small listing fee for publishing their work on the platform. This fee helps us keep the marketplace running smoothly and visible to customers worldwide.
Each artist is responsible for:
The authenticity and quality of their handmade ceramics.
Accurate product descriptions and pricing.
Handling shipping, returns, and customer communication related to their items.
Pottery World acts only as a platform and does not own or produce the ceramics listed.

4. Purchases and Payments
When you buy a product on Pottery World, the transaction occurs directly between you and the artist.
Payments are processed securely through our website, and the funds (minus any applicable processing fees) go directly to the artist.
Pottery World is not responsible for:
Delays in delivery or shipping.
Product damages occurring after dispatch.
Miscommunication between buyers and sellers.
However, we do our best to assist in resolving issues and maintaining trust between all parties.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on Pottery World — including text, images, logos, and design — is protected by copyright and trademark law. Artists retain full rights to their individual works, product images, and descriptions.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, Pottery World cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, interrupted service, or product disputes between artists and customers.

7. Privacy
Your personal data will be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
