- 50 grams chia seeds
- 200 ml milk of your choice
- 100 grams yoghurt of your choice
- Optional: cinnamon, sweetener of your choice
How To Prepare
This fast and easy breakfast is the best grab-and-go you could ask for – and the best thing about it is it only takes 5 minute preparation time. Start by combing your chia seeds, your milk and yoghurt in a bowl and add some sweetener and cinnamon if you like. Stir everything well together and close up your bowl in an airtight container and let it rest overnight in the fridge. The next day, you can simply take out a portion and top it with toppings to your liking, e.g. berries, nut butter, flax seeds or nuts.
