Poljud stadium has a total capacity of approximately 34,198 seats and is divided into four main stands. The Zapad (West) stand is the main stand, housing premium seats, VIP areas, press boxes, and the players' tunnel. The Istok (East) stand sits opposite and offers standard seating at mid-range prices. The Sjever (North) stand is the home of Torcida, reserved exclusively for home supporters. The Jug (South) stand is used for family sections, away fans in designated matches, and additional home seating. The stadium also contains club facilities, offices, and the Hajduk museum.
Tickets can be purchased online through the official Hajduk website at hajduk.hr or through authorized ticketing partners. Physical purchase is possible at the Fanshop Poljud or at the stadium box office on matchdays. It is recommended to buy in advance for high-demand fixtures such as the Eternal Derby against Dinamo Zagreb, as these sell out quickly.

Away supporters are allocated a designated section within the Jug (South) stand. The away section is separated from home supporters by stewards and physical barriers. Away fans must enter through a separate gate and are not permitted in any other part of the stadium. The number of away tickets available depends on the fixture and is coordinated between the two clubs ahead of each match.
Season tickets cover all home HNL league matches. Season ticket holders receive early access to cup and European match tickets, a discount in the official shop, and their seat guaranteed for the entire league season. Available online and in person at the Fanshop Poljud.
