Chef Bob’s Culinary Institute, founded in 2004 by Bob Cluckingham, was established with a mission to teach the art of chicken‑based cuisine after a disappointing dining experience in his hometown. Recognized by the French Ministry of Chicken Cookin' in 2007 as one of the year’s leading poultry chefs, Chef Bob expanded his vision beyond just chickens. Together with his fellow chefs, he developed accessible, beginner‑friendly culinary programs designed to inspire the passion for cooking. As Chef Joe stated, he's in it “for the love of the game.”
